Introduction of Xi’an:
Xian, located in central-northwest China, records the great changes of the country just like a living history book. Called Chang'an (meaning the eternal city) in ancient times, it is one of the birthplaces of the ancient Chinese civilization in the Yellow River Basin area. As the eastern terminal of the Silk Road and the site of the famous Terracotta Warriors of the Qin Dynasty, the city has won a reputation all over the world. More than 3,000 years of history including over 1,100 years as the capital city of ancient dynasties, have endowed the city with an amazing historical heritage. Travelers marvel at the numerous historical sites and cultural relics in the city.

Bell Tower of Xian: The Bell Tower, is a stately traditional building, that marks the geographical center of the ancient capital. From this important landmark extend East, South, West and North Streets, connecting the Tower to the East, South, West and North Gates of the City Wall of the Ming Dynasty.
City Wall of Xi’an: Xian City Wall is the most complete city wall that has survived in China, as well being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. The wall is open to the public, you just need to buy the ticket and go on the top of it. But things can get better, one of the amazing things to do in Xi’an is to ride a bicycle on the top of the wall. You can discover the history behind the Ming and Tang dynasties while cycling and having fun.
Big Wild Goose Pagoda is a Buddhist pagoda located in southern Xi'an. It was built in 652 during the Tang Dynasty and originally had five stories, although the structure was rebuilt in 704 during the reign of Empress Wu Zetian and its exterior brick facade renovated during the Ming Dynasty. One of the pagoda's many functions was to hold sutras and figurines of the Buddha that were brought to China from India by the Buddhist translator and traveller Xuanzang.
Terracotta Army: The Terracotta Army, aka Terracotta Warriors and Horses, is a super large collection of terra cotta sculptures reproducing the mega imperial guard troops of Emperor Qin Shi Huang (259 - 210BC), the first emperor of the first unified dynasty of Imperial China. Being the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century and a World Heritage Site, the Terracotta Army Museum is no doubt a must-see for every visitor to Xian. Its location in Lintong, 40 kilometers (25 miles) northeast of downtown Xian, is about one hour’s drive, and can be reached by bus, taxi, or chartered car.
Huaqing PalaceThe Huaqing Pool is located in the Lintong District 30 km east to the urban area of Xian. With Mount. Li to its south and the Wei River to its north, it boasts the natural hot springs. The favorable geographical condition and natural environment make it one of the cradles where ancient people settled and . It was also a favorite place for emperors to build their palaces as a resort. Since ancient times, it has ever been a famous bathing and tourist destination.
