Each accepted paper (except workshop papers) must have at least one author registered at a professional member rate for Full Conference (see below). Papers for which the only registered authors are students must have one of the students register at the full (i.e., non-student) rate.

Workshop papers for which the only registered authors are students must have one of the students register at the full (i.e., non-student) rate for Workshop or Full Conference.

Authors’ registration shall be completed by February 15. For the time being we accept ONLY WIRE TRANSFERS for payment, credit card will be supported in the near future. the deadline for early registration is March 22, 2019.

Due to USD transaction regulations in China there is a delay in registration with international credit cards. We understand that some authors want to apply for travel visas as early as possible. Considering the inconvenience of wire transfer we will issue visa invitation letters to authors without registration. If you are authors of accepted papers and would like to apply for visa invitation letter, please follow the instructions in the visa information page. Note that the hosting university will be closed from January 26 to February 16 due to the holidays of Chinese New Year, thus no visa invitation letters will be issued during that period.

2.2. Confirmation on your Information

After remitting the registration fee, please send the transfer information (with an e-copy of your remittance voucher) and the Registration Information Form   to lihua.xu@nyu.edu and chenyan@mail.xjtu.edu.cn within two days.

2.3. Once we receive both your remittance and the corresponding registration form, your registration is complete.
