Note to Authors

Each accepted paper (except workshop papers) must have at least one author registered at a professional member rate for Full Conference (see below). Papers for which the only registered authors are students must have one of the students register at the full (i.e., non-student) rate.

Each accepted workshop paper must have at least one author registered at a professional member rate for Workshop or Full Conference. Workshop papers for which the only registered authors are students must have one of the students register at the full (i.e., non-student) rate for Workshop or Full Conference.

The deadline for early registration is March 22, 2019.

Fee

• Students      are requested to show their Student ID issued by their affiliation at the      registration desk.

• IEEE      members are requested to show their IEEE membership card (or electronic      card) at the registration desk.
